Shipping & Delivery
Trashporter offers free U.S. standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Expedited rates apply to the speed of your shipping through the carrier, not the speed in which your order will be processed. Expedited shipping will not be refunded.
Please allow between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This period may be longer around holidays. If more than 7 business days have passed before receiving your package, please call (601) 248-7341 or email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Customers are responsible for all tracking information on shipments. A tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any questions concerning the tracking of a package should be directed to carrier service. We do not guarantee that a package will be delivered by a specific date. TheTrashporter.com is not liable for any items lost in transit.
When you place an order outside of the United States, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates are subject to change and may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
